By accessing and using EyeSift ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with EyeSift operated by EyeSift, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

Service Limitations
While we strive for maximum accuracy, AI detection is not infallible:
- Detection results are probabilistic, not absolute

3. User Responsibilities

4. Data Handling and Privacy

- Original content is automatically deleted within 24 hours

5. Intellectual Property
EyeSift and all related technology, algorithms, and methodologies are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to content you submit for analysis. We claim no ownership of your content and process it solely to provide our detection services.
6. Limitation of Liability

Our AI detection service provides analysis and recommendations, but should not be the sole basis for important decisions. Users are responsible for verifying results and considering multiple factors in their decision-making process.

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. AI DETECTION IS INHERENTLY PROBABILISTIC AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. DO NOT USE EYESIFT RESULTS AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR HIGH-STAKES DECISIONS (ACADEMIC DISCIPLINE, EMPLOYMENT TERMINATION, LEGAL PROCEEDINGS, OR SIMILAR) WITHOUT HUMAN REVIEW AND CORROBORATING EVIDENCE.
11. Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability — will survive.
12. Privacy and Incorporation
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy contains detailed disclosures about cookies, analytics, advertising partners (including Google AdSense and the DART cookie), your rights under CCPA/CPRA/GDPR/UK GDPR, COPPA compliance, and data retention.
