Brazora founded EyeSift to make AI content detection accessible and transparent. Most detection services lock features behind paywalls or signup walls; EyeSift takes the opposite approach — published methodology, statistical scoring (perplexity + burstiness), and unlimited free analysis across text, image, video, and audio.

Background: a decade building data-intensive web platforms. Software engineer by training, authenticity-tooling obsessive by curiosity. Personally reviews benchmark accuracy and detection methodology before each scoring engine update.

Editorial standards

EyeSift content is held to four non-negotiable standards:

  1. Methodology transparency. Detection scoring rules are documented publicly: perplexity bands, burstiness ranges, spectral signatures, and threshold rationale.
  2. Benchmark accuracy. Every detector engine is benchmarked quarterly against fresh GPT-4o, Claude, Llama, and Gemini outputs. Accuracy claims are reproducible.
  3. No false claims. Detection in 2026 is probabilistic. We report confidence scores, not binary “AI / human” verdicts as gospel.
  4. No advice on consequences. EyeSift surfaces statistical signals; decisions about academic integrity, hiring, or moderation belong to the institutions that own those decisions.

What we're not

EyeSift is not a credentialing body, a court-admissible forensics service, or a guarantor of human-authorship. Detection in 2026 is statistical, not deterministic. For decisions with serious consequences, EyeSift should be one input among many.

If you spot a methodology error or a benchmark inconsistency, email [email protected]. Confirmed errors corrected within 48 hours, logged with date and signature.

Funding

EyeSift is independent. We don't accept paid placement, affiliate kickbacks for AI tools, or sponsored content. The site is supported by contextual display advertising — never by inserting biased detection results.
