Because EyeSift deletes submitted content within 24 hours, most "deletion" requests will relate to analytics identifiers, advertising cookies, or account information (if applicable). We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law — typically 45 days under CCPA/CPRA and one month under GDPR/UK GDPR.

Submitted content (text, images, videos, audio) is automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default retention (up to 26 months) and may be anonymized or deleted after that period. Server logs containing IP addresses are rotated within 30 days. We serve the Site over HTTPS and employ industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transmission, secure isolated processing environments, and access controls limiting personal data access to authorized personnel only. No Internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

EyeSift is operated from the United States. By using the Site, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. For EU/UK users, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms consistent with applicable law. Our Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track ("DNT") browser signals because no uniform DNT standard has been finalized.
